After its annual review of the Northwest Rural Water District (District) Rate Schedule and Monthly Minimum Service Charges, the District Board of Directors has voted to approve the following rates, charges, and fees effective January, 2023:

Additional costs may be applied on a case-by-case basis to include, but not be limited to: engineering, construction, permitting, easements, reclamation, recording, bonds, contracting, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, mileage, mobilization, overhead, contractor profit, testing and as-built drawings, payroll taxes, insurance, attorney fees, supervision, and other direct and indirect costs attributable.
